Boys and Books

Several third grade boys have been staying after school on Fridays with rising senior Tuscola football players in a reading program called Boys and Books.  Thanks to the efforts from Mrs. Marlene Creary, Mrs. Joy Sollie, and Mr. Charlie Edwards, the boys have enjoyed having some physical activity and then reading with the Tuscola football players.  These students read sports books and found many interesting facts about famous athletes and sports competitions.  They wrapped up this program on Friday, February 22nd, with a party for students and parents.  Thanks to Coach Postell and his staff from Tuscola Football for allowing his team to be a part of such a wonderful program!
