Academics

Junaluska Elementary School has a long-standing history of academic excellence.  Our teachers are very dedicated to the subject matter they teach.  Teachers, Specialists, Support Staff, and Administration all play a vital role in the development of the “whole” child.  If you were to walk in any classroom, you would see student-led interactions, hands-on lessons, and excellent teaching.  Our staff regularly participates in professional development activities to learn new ideas and meet the needs of all children.  Not only do our students succeed, but our staff does too!
