Information for Weekend Meals

Please use this form to order weekend meals for your child to be sent home on Friday afternoons. Please submit no later than Wednesday for delivery on Friday. You will have to submit a new form each month. If you do not have an email address you can call the School Nutrition Office at 627-1150 and place your order with them.
