Christmas Assistance

If your family needs assistance this year with Christmas, you must sign up. There are limited spots, so sign up early. Please complete an application for each child by clicking on the link:

You CANNOT go shopping at Evergreen, Cops with Kids, or the Sugarplum Christmas Party if you have not signed up.

If you have questions please call Joy Sollie at 456-2407.  If you do not sign up you will NOT get assistance this year with Christmas. Supplies are limited so make sure to sign up early.
